On October 10, 2000 Mato, from the band Indigenous, joined Santana for Exodus

The second leg of our US tour kicked off in Denver, CO on September 28, 2000. We landed in the Denver on the 27th and celebrated the beginning of the new tour at the New Fillmore Auditorium. We celebrated Tony Lindsay & Andy Vargas' birthday as well.

On October 13, 2000 Carlos was honored in Tijuana, Mexico. The ceremony included a heart felt speech by Carlos as he received The Key To The City.
