Spreading the Love in Texas and Beyond
In recognition of the overwhelming needs of those affected by the recent Hurricanes, Carlos Santana has chosen to contribute a significant portion of the proceeds from this weekend’s local performances at the NOKIA Theatre in Grand Prairie. The objective is to give immediate assistance to the hurricane evacuees currently residing in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Habitat for Humanity has been selected to receive the donation.
“We send our prayers and love to every person affected by Hurricane Katrina and Rita. Our family is donating money to Habitat for Humanity to rebuild homes in the area. The band will give funds from the upcoming shows in Texas. This is a heartbreaking tragedy that we will continue to support daily.”
