1987 Montreux Performance To Be Released in the UK
The classic 1988 performance from Grammy ® award winning superstar Carlos Santana and one of jazz’s legendary leading figures Wayne Shorter. In 1987 they formed the Carlos Santana/Wayne Shorter Band which included Patrice Rushen, Leon Ndugu Chancler, Alphonso Johnson, Armando Peraza, Chester Thompson and Jose Chepito Areas. The following year they took the band on tour and played to sell out audiences, culminating in this legendary performance at Montreux. This unforgettable show was considered to be the finest live performance of the year and is released on DVD in the UK for the first time, and would make a wonderful gift for any music lover.
