Important Notice to Lifetime Fan Club Members
We realize that many lifetime members have had problems activating their new Supernatural Membership. In an effort to make this an easier process for the members, we have provided a link on the homepage of the Santana Fan Club website to allow lifetime members to upgrade their current account to the Supernatural membership. The Supernatural Membership is a one-year subscription that allows access to the Fan Club Appreciation Parties (only members who also purchased tickets for those shows) and other upcoming features. Please note that if you choose to let your Supernatural Membership expire, your account will be adjusted back to the lifetime membership so you will still have access to the fan club site.
To upgrade your lifetime membership to the Supernatural Membership:
1) Log into the site using the username and password for your lifetime membership. When the new site launched, we provided each lifetime member with a unique username and password, different from your previous login. You should have received an email with this new login information. If you have not received that email, please contact santanafanclub@musictoday.com to request your new username and password.
2) Once you have logged in, click on the Supernatural Membership link located on the homepage. You will be taken into the store where you may proceed through the purchasing process.
3) After your purchase has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email that gives you an activation code to activate your new Supernatural Membership.
4) To activate the Supernatural Membership, you must log back into http://www.santanafanclub.com/ using the username and password for your lifetime membership. Proceed to the “member info” page and enter your activation code into the proper field. Please also check all other text fields to make sure we have your correct information on file.
