Santana Week at The Montreux Jazz Fest – Special shows!
For three special nights Carlos and the Band will be playing in the intimate settings of the Montruex Jazz festival in Montreux Switzerland.
- Monday, July 12 has Carlos playing with Blues legends Buddy Guy, Clarence Gatemouth Brown & Otis Rush.
- Tuesday, July 13 is Santana with the Salvador Santana Band opening. Salvador and his Band will be opening in support of Santana for the remainder of the European Tour.
- Thursday, July 15 is the “Hymns for Peace” concert that has Carlos and members of the Santana Band playing with Chick Corea, Idrissa Diop, Herbie Hancock, Angélique Kidjo, John McLaughlin, Wayne Shorter, Steve Winwood, Ravi Coltrane and many other special guests. The all-star evening will feature the music of John Lennon, Bob Marley, Bob Dylan and many other songs that inspire Peace and Unity.
